The Fixer - Object Fixing Simulator

Developed for the 8th Gran CITM Game Jam, The Fixer is an object-fixing simulator that received an honorable mention for Best Technology from Gameloft. My primary role was to develop the core gameplay systems that brought the experience to life.

My Contributions

Core Gameplay Systems

Established the foundational mechanics by creating a versatile IInteractable interface and an intuitive object inspection system, allowing players to engage with and manipulate items in the game world.

Dynamic Client Satisfaction

Engineered a client satisfaction mechanic that dynamically adjusted animations and background music based on the player's performance, providing real-time feedback and enhancing player immersion.

Client Behavior & State Logic

Implemented comprehensive client behavior logic, including a patience-tracking system, randomized generation of repair items, and a state machine to manage client transitions (arrive, wait, repair, deliver, exit).

UI & Menu Integration

Designed and programmed the main menu and settings screens, ensuring full UI functionality and a seamless user experience from the moment the game is launched.
